Matt is an experienced senior leader in both public and independent PreK-12 schools and districts. Matt has served as a Special Education Administrator and an Executive Director of Special Education for a large suburban public school district, as well as a Principal and Student Support Service Director for an Independent Day School. Matt is a licensed Superintendent of Schools, School Principal and Teacher of Moderate Disabilities and his career has focused on working with school leaders, school faculty, families and students to ensure the most equitable and appropriate outcomes. Matt holds a M.Ed. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a M.Ed. from Endicott College in Organizational Management. Matt is trained as an Educational Advocate and Parent Consultant through the Federation for Children with Special Needs (FCSN).

Sean has over 30 years of experience helping students achieve their educational goals. He has served on and led both undergraduate and graduate admissions and financial aid teams at public and private institutions including University of Massachusetts Amherst, Boston College, Northeastern University, Bentley University, Emerson College, Fitchburg State University, and Emmanuel College. Sean has spent his career helping students find the right school and knows how to position students to be strong and successful candidates for admission at the schools of their choice. Sean also works closely with students and their families to ensure that they take advantage of the full range of federal, state, institutional, and private scholarship and grant resources available and assists families in putting together a four-year financial plan that ensures that the student’s dream school can become – and stay – a reality.
